How to request a refund
Email refund@plamiro.com with the subject line "Refund request" from the email address on your account. Include your name and, if you have it, your order reference number.
That's it. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within 7 business days. The money returns to your original payment method.
After 30 days
The 30-day window applies to your first paid charge. After that, we don't offer automatic refunds for periods already used. However, if you're dealing with a genuine hardship — an unexpected medical bill, job loss, something that changed — email us and we'll work with you. We'd rather do the right thing than hide behind a policy.
Annual plans
The same 30-day guarantee applies. If you paid for a year and cancel within the first 30 days, you get the full annual charge back. After 30 days, we'll pro-rate a refund for the remaining unused months if you have a documented hardship case.
Cancellation (separate from refund)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no phone call, no retention quiz. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; it does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund, email us separately.
